Nocellara from Belize
NOCELLARA DEL BELIC The olive is typical of Sicily. More properly of the Belice valley. It is a large fruit with gastronomic characteristics and traditions of use also from the table. The ripening is early and the oil has a fresh and intense aroma of various vegetal notes among which the reference to tomato is perceived quite well.
