Nowadays the farm , placed in Montemurlo, is run by Felice Curcetti and it has around 18.000 plants, from the traditional “leccino”, “moraiolo”, “frantoio”, until the local “moro” and the “bianca of Cicignano”. These last ones are two olives cultivar known as variety in its own right, local of Cicignano (district in Montemurlo), grown by the organic farm FELICE AGRICOLTURA. These olives are pressed in a variable percentage to obtain one of a kind oil characterized by a strong taste, typical of Tuscany product.
Besides oil, the farm produces wheat, spelt, marinated vegetables, pasta, rice and many other products, all coming exclusively from an organic farmig.
