Bianchera
BIANCHERALa Bianchera is a typical olive of the Trieste area. It is a very cold-resistant plant with late ripening.The oil is particularly fruity, bitter and rather spicy. The important level of natural antioxidants is given by the high quantity of polyphenols and tocopherols. The dominant aroma is that of thistle-artichoke.
