BIANCA DI CICIGNANO The origin is Tuscany specifically from Montemurlo in the province of Prato. Cicignano is the locality of the place from which the olive takes its name. The variety has a strictly local diffusion and is classifiable among the "minor" varieties as less known but, absolutely, no less important and valuable than others with greater fame. it is intermediate and the resulting oil is rich in aromas, herbaceous, with average levels of fruitiness and absolutely correct bitter-spicy tones.It is a generally harmonious oil, rare, capable of gratifying the senses of those who use it for plus various toppings.
