Ogliarola del Gargano
OGLIAROLA DEL GARGANO The origin and spread is in the Gargano promontory and, more generally, in the Daunia / Capitanata. The maturation is late and the result is a basically sweet oil with an almond taste and a good fresh and decisive fruity aroma.
