OGLIAROLA BARESE It is an olive widespread in Puglia and Basilicata known with several other synonyms. The best known is "CIMA DI BITONTO" and was once a very widespread variety in the reference area. The ripening is late and the oil shows the typical characteristics of the area with ample olfactory sensations of olive, aromas ranging from apple to radicchio and with walnut husk, pleasant and good level bitter and spicy.
