MILL OR MILLER Origin is Tuscany. Due to the fact that the plant adapts discreetly to various types of soil, it is probably the Tuscan variety, together with the Leccina, which is also more widespread outside this region. The resulting oil is of particular value as it is of great balance in the hints of fruity, bitter and spicy in the sense that among the three hints none prevails over the others. The aromas it reveals range from unripe apple to artichoke and wild herbs.
